Teen Serve looking for homes to improve

Posted:
WATERLOO (KWWL) -

During the week of June 24-30, approximately 400 teens and adults from all over the United States will be working in the Cedar Valley for those that can't afford maintenance to their home.

The group is called Teen Serve and is a collaboration of Nazareth Evangelical Lutheran Church, Orchard Hill Church and Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity. They are working together to look for homes in the Cedar Valley that need help.  These homes can be ones that were affected by natural disaster or it can be a family that has gone through some sort of financial hardship.

The teens want to serve 60-70 homes.  You can get your house involved by calling Pastor Brian King at Nazareth Evangelical Lutheran Church at 319-266-7589 or emailing him atbrian.king@naz.org
