GOP candidates sweep through Eastern Iowa before caucuses

Just one day before the Iowa caucuses, and GOP candidates are making as many stops as possible to talk with supporters one more time before Tuesday night's pivotal event on the campaign trail.  

Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich will be in Independence Monday morning at 9:00 a.m.  He will be at Heartland Acres meeting with voters.  He will then travel to Walford at noon and meet with voters at Schrader Excavating and Grading.  He will end his day of campaigning in Davenport at 5:30 p.m. 

The Des Moines Register poll front runner Mitt Romney will be in Dubuque holding a grassroots rally at Weber Paper at 11:50 a.m. Monday.  He will then go to Marion for another grassroots rally at Pate Asphalt. He plans to be there at 4:10 p.m.  

Ron Paul will be visiting supporters in Cedar Rapids.  He will be in town by 2:30 p.m. at the hotel at the Kirkwood Center.  He will then go to Cedar Falls for another visit with supporters.  He will be there at 4:00 p.m. at the Park Place Event Center. He ends his day of campaigning in Mason City at Prime N Wine at 5:30 p.m.
