Public input wanted on Mental Health and Disabilities Services redesign

DUBUQUE (KWWL) -

Iowa's Department of Human Services is seeking public input on the redesign of Iowa's Mental Health and Disabilities Services.

Gov. Branstad signed a measure earlier this year, seeking to reform Iowa's current county-by-county mental health system in two years.

An online survey that closes Tuesday, Dec. 6 asks for public input.

People can also attend a forum on the topic Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at the Loras College Alumni Campus Center Ballroom in Dubuque.
