Black Friday shoppers start lining up EARLY!!!

It seems like it starts earlier and earlier, and this year Black Friday deals are beginning Thursday night!

Walmart is unveiling its deals at ten, while Best Buy and Target are opening their doors at midnight. Thursday afternoon there was already a line forming outside the Waterloo Best Buy near Crossroads Mall.

"I got here this morning at 7:30 AM," said Adis Fazlic -- who was near the front of the line.

"I came here at two, and there was already a line here!" Richard Lam said. "Somebody was already lined up yesterday, and I was like, okay... you do realize it's just Wednesday night?"

The line did in fact begin Wednesday afternoon, and shoppers came prepared with sleeping bags, lots of caffeine, and even a tent.

"Pretty fun, great people here, very friendly," Fazlic said.

Jennifer Young drove by to see the line and decided on the spur of the moment to get in on the action.

"I called my husband, and he said - go ahead and stay there, and we'll switch off," she said.

The deal everyone was waiting for: a 42" television for $199. But there's only 25 in stock, and many more people waiting in line.

"We've been trying to see where we stand number-wise at the end of the line here," Rachel Becker said. "I'm short enough, so I think I'll just slide in under everybody!"

When, or if, they do score that flat screen, there's more on their Black Friday to-do list.

"We have more shopping to do -- Kohl's, Menards," friends Mallory Wagner and Summer Bosley said.

For those of you at home, tempted to get up and join them, they have a few words of advice.

"This was dumb. Don't do it!" Wagner and Bosley joked.

"You go ahead and stay home," Becker said. "We got the TVs on lockdown!"
