24-Hour Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of mini marshmallows
- 1 bag of seedless grape
- 4 egg yolks
- 3-4 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup whipping cream
In a bowl, mix together one bag of mini marshmallows and one bag of seedless grapes. Set aside.
In a sauce pan, mix egg yolks, juice and milk. Cook on the stove until thick, stir constantly to avoid burning and then let cool.
Add sauce to marshmallows and grapes, stir and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, fold in whipping cream. Put back in fridge until ready to serve.
You can also add pineapple or walnuts to the grapes and marshmallows.
