DYERSVILLE (KWWL) -

A second person has been arrested after a stolen vehicle from Wisconsin was found on Sunday.

Captain Brent Schroeder says officers were called about a gas drive-off that happened around 6:01 p.m. on Sunday.

A short time later, an officer found a green Ford Explorer with Wisconsin license plates that matched the description they were given.  The SUV was stopped at the intersection of Highway 20 and Highway 136.

The officer says that while he was placing the driver, 20-year-old Joseph T. Zannino, under arrest, the passenger ran on foot.

The passenger, Michael W. Wienandt, 17, of Irma, Wisconsin, was found and arrested on Monday afternoon.  He is charged with possession of stolen property and interference with official acts.

Police say additional charges are pending.
