Three people from Indiana are in the hospital after their vehicle rolled in Jo Daviess County.

It happened at the intersection of W. Long Hollow Rd. and N. Snipe Hollow Rd. around 5:45 p.m. Sunday.

Deputies say Fernando Gallegos, 22, lost control of his vehicle while driving on W. Long Hollow Road.  The vehicle, then, rolled and landed in a creek.

Gallegos and his two passengers were taken to a nearby hospital.

Raul Estrada, 32, and Robert Devaes, no age given, were taken by ambulance, while Gallegos was taken by Lifeline helicopter.

The cause of the accident is still being investigated.

Gallegos was charged with Driving While License Suspended, Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident and Improper Lane Usage.
