Bullying affects teens' grades

A new study suggests bullying takes an academic toll on teens.

Ohio State researchers compared grade point averages of teens between 9th and 12th grades and found scores went down slightly after kids reported being bullied.

African American and Hispanic teens were impacted the most.

The study is based on surveys of nearly 10,000 students in 580 schools.
