Former Hawk Coach Lickliter lands a job with Miami of Ohio

IOWA CITY (KWWL) -

Former Hawkeye head coach Todd Lickliter has landed a job with Miami of Ohio.

Lickliter took the 2010-11 season off being fired at Iowa in March of 2010 following three losing seasons and a 38-58 record.

Before he came to Iowa, Lickliter was the NCAA coach of the year after leading Butler to the final eight.

The University of Iowa still owes Lickliter $1.6 million dollars as a part of the buyout of his contract.
