Brain can trick you into feeling full

Another new study suggests our brain can trick us into feeling full!

Scientists at Yale University found mindset can affect how the body produces Ghrelin, the so-called hunger hormone.

When study participants thought they were eating a high calorie treat, their Ghrelin levels dropped dramatically, leaving them feeling satisfied and full.

But those who were told the shake was low calorie had stable Ghrelin levels, putting them at risk to overeat.
