WATERLOO (KWWL) -

A man, who reportedly got away with $80 in a Waterloo bank robbery, says he's not guilty.

28-year-old Kurtis Culbert pleaded not guilty Thursday morning on a second-degree robbery charge.

He's accused of robbing the US bank on Cedar Street April 11. Police say he passed a teller a note, asking for $80 dollars.

Officials say he then went to the Waterloo Public Library, changed clothes, and left town.

He was arrested in Cedar Rapids later that day.

His trial is set for June 28th at 9:00 a.m.  A pre-trial is set for June 24th.
