Waverly Police arrest two in meth bust

WAVERLY (KWWL) -- Two Waverly residents are facing drug charges after police say they were making meth in their home.

Waverly Police executed a search warrant at 210 6th Avenue SW in Waverly on Thursday.

They arrested 48-year-old Stephen Craig Neal and 32-year-old Miranda Leigh Fober.

Both are charged with Manufacture of Methamphetamine Greater than 5 grams, Possession with the Intent to Manufacture Methamphetamine and Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine.

Each charge is a class ‘B' felony carrying penalties of up to 25 years in prison upon conviction.

Neal and Fober were held at the Bremer County Jail pending an initial appearance.

The case remains under investigation.
