12 charged in Waterloo drug ring

CEDAR RAPIDS (KWWL) -- Twelve people have been charged in a Waterloo drug conspiracy. Six are in custody, while law enforcement are asking for the public's help locating the remaining six.

Below are the names of the 12 being charged.

  • Rolando Beltran-Lopez, 27, from Waterloo
  • Anthony Sallis, 45, from Waterloo
  • Yair Salinas-Vargas, 35, from Kansas City
  • Victor Bustamante-Hernandez, 28, from San Bardeno, California
  • Carlos Bojorquez-Rios, 38, from Mira Loma, California
  • Caesareo Coss-Felix, 37, from Phoenix, Arizona
  • Marisol Lopez-Soto, 41, from Marshalltown
  • Austin Hansen, 25, from Reinbeck
  • Gabriel Sanchez-Florez, 25, from Phoenix, Arizona
  • Alije Dizdarevic, 23, from Waterloo
  • Erica Pipkin, 22, from Sumner
  • Douglas Hoffman, 53, from Waterloo

The indictment filed in U.S. District Court alleges Beltran-Lopez, Sallis, Salinas-Vargas, Bustamente-Hernandez, Coss-Felix, Lopez-Soto, Hansen, Sanchez-Florez, Dizdarevic, and Hoffman conspired to distribute more than 500 grams of methamphetamine from 2005 to 2009.

The indictment also claims Beltran-Lopez, Salinas-Vargas, Bustamante-Hernandez, Lopez-Soto, Sanchez-Florez, Dizdarevic and Pipkin conspired to commit money laundering.

Sallis is also charged with three counts of distributing meth.

Lopez-Soto, Sallis, Dizdarevic, and Hoffman have appeared in court. Beltran-Lopez and Hansen are being transferred from the Northern District of Iowa.

Law enforcement are currently looking for Salinas-Vargas, Bustamente-Hernandez, Bojorquez-Rios, Coss-Felix, Sanchez-Florez and Pipkin.
