IOWA CITY (KWWL) -- Charges have been finalized against a woman who was found naked after police say she crashed her car into an Iowa City building last March.

Police say Amber Dawn Dittrich, now 21, drove her car into a building in the 1000 block of Clinton Street around 6:30 a.m. on March 30, 2010.

Officers located her a short time later near the intersection of McCollister and Old Hwy. 218 with no clothes on.

Dittrich injured her ankle and was taken to the hospital to be treated.  A urine sample was requested at that time and sent in for testing.  Police say it tested positive for marijuana.

Dittrich is charged with First Offense Operating While Intoxicated or Drugged.
