Sudden closure of dental company

DES MOINES (KWWL) -- The collapse of a New York-based dental company has left some Iowans without their money, dental records and, in some cases, dentures.  Allcare Dental & Dentures in Des Moines closed Wednesday.  The Buffalo, N.Y.-based company had sent a fax to the Iowa Dental Board. The company said it had run out of money and was going out of business.  A company website, , says Allcare "is still continuing to work day and night to transfer patient records and unfinished dental work" to dentists near the closed Allcare locations.  Emergency Dental Care in Clive says it would be getting records from Allcare's Des Moines office and would do the work people had already paid for to Allcare.
