Honda snowblower recall

WASHINGTON, D.C. (KWWL)--  Honda is recalling thousands of snowblowers because of a fire hazard.

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the fuel tank joint and O-ring on the bottom of the fuel tank can drip fuel over time, causing a fire hazard.

The recalled snowblowers are red and black and were sold at Honda Power Equipment dealers nationwide from April 2005 through November 2010.  Serial numbers recalled include: HS724SZBE-1037913 through 1046577, HS928SZAS-1151080 through 1169012, and HS1132SZBF-1018734 through 1025998.

People who have these snowblowers should stop using them immediately and contact a Honda Power Equipment dealer for replacement parts.
