Iowa City Police ask for your help in finding wreath thieves

IOWA CITY (KWWL) -- The Iowa City Police Department is asking for your help in finding those responsible for stealing a wreath.

Police say three men were caught on surveillance video taking the wreath off the front door of the Pi Beta Phi Sorority at 818 E. Washington Street on December 1 at about 10:53 pm.

The wreath is valued at $200.

Iowa City Area CrimeStoppers is offering a reward of up to $1000 for information leading to the arrest of these suspects. Anyone with information about this crime is urged to contact CrimeStoppers at 358-TIPS (8477). All calls are held in strict confidence and anonymity is guaranteed. Individuals providing information do not have to reveal their identity to collect a reward.
