CEDAR RAPIDS (KWWL)--A Vinton restaurant owner accused of harboring illegal immigrants and making false statements to medicaid has pleaded guilty in a federal court.

41-year-old Phung Ca Long admitted to hiring undocumented workers for commercial gain. She also admitted she made false statements to medicaid to get health care benefits.

In November 2008, immigration agents arrested four immigrants at two restaurants in Vinton and Toledo. They were both owned by Long and her husband.

Long faces 15 years in prison. A sentencing date has not been set.
