Mobile Meth lab busted

CEDAR RAPIIDS (KWWL) -- Cedar Rapids police stopped what they say was a mobile meth lab.

Police were called to the boat ramp at Old River Road SW around 1:30 Sunday afternoon for a suspicious vehicle.

Officers found the car and tried to pull it over.

A low-speed chase began and officers used stop sticks twice to try to stop the car.

The driver, 23-year old Jonathan Jordan, allegedly threw the remnants of the meth lab out the window of the car as he was evading police.

He is being held in the Linn County Jail on several charges.
