Tai Chi may reduce arthritis pain

CHAPEL HILL, NORTH CAROLINA (KWWL) -- Practicing Tai Chi could be the pain reliever patients with arthritis are looking for.

Researchers at the University of North Carolina school of medicine studied more than 350 adults with arthritis, half completed an eight-week Tai Chi course.

Those who took the class had less pain, fatigue and stiffness than those with didn't learn Tai Chi. They also felt better over all.
