Exercising once a day can keep the sick days away

WATERLOO (KWWL) -- If you exercise regularly, new research suggests you're doing more than just keeping your body fit.

The study suggests people can reduce the number of sick days they take by as much as 40 percent through regular exercise.

The researchers also found cold symptoms for fit individuals were about a third less serious.
