Regents hear tuition ideas

IOWA CITY (KWWL) -- The Iowa Board of Regents is listening to a Washington-based consultants new ideas on tuition and financial aid for its three public universities.  Nate Johnson of HCM Strategists says the board should look at unconventional ways to make college more affordable.  Examples include a rebate for students who graduate in 4 years and no tuition increases.  Tuition rates are expected to be set in March.
