WATERLOO (KWWL) -- An 18-wheel truck holding a traveling exhibit of the Library of Congress is headed to Waterloo.  It will be in Waterloo Nov. 2-3, Grinnell Friday and Saturday, and Mason City Nov. 5-6. It will have high-quality copies of a rough draft of the Declaration of Independence, the 1455 Gutenberg Bible and the original 1962 drawings for the comic book that introduced Spiderman.  It is free and open to the public from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. every day.
