Cyclones outgun Texas Tech 52-38

AMES (KWWL) -- The Iowa State offense woke up as the Cyclones scored their most impressive victory of the season out-gunning visiting Texas Tech 52-38.

Cyclone quarterback Austen Arnaud threw for a career high 4 touchdowns, while running backs Alexander Robinson and Shontrelle Johnson each rushed for over 100 yards and 1 touchdown.

The Cyclones (3-2, 1-1 Big 12) built a 24-0 first half lead, only to see the Red Raiders tie it at 24 apiece early in the 3rd quarter.  Jeremy Reeves finally put the game away with just under 2 minutes remaining running back an onside kick 42 yards for the score to set the final margin.
