FAYETTE COUNTY (KWWL) -- A Fredericksburg man faces charges after sheriff's deputies say he helped a jailed pastor send letters to his alleged victim against a no contact order.

Ronnie Lloyd Koch, 44, is charged with two counts of Aiding and Abetting to a Violation of an Order of Protection.

Deputies say Koch, while conducting a professional visit at the Fayette County Jail with pastor Timothy E. Parker, took out letters written by Parker and mailed them to Parker's alleged victim.

They say Koch knew there was an order of protection in place, but mailed the letters anyway, allowing contact to be made.

Parker, 40 who is currently in the Fayette County Jail for Sex Abuse crimes, is now charged with four counts of violation of a order of protection.

Due to the violations, Parker's bond was increased to $50,000.00 cash only.

The Fayette County Sheriff's Office says more charges could be filed at a later date.
