John Deere Fall Fest in Waterloo

WATERLOO (KWWL)-- You might have noticed over one hundred green tractors off highway 218 in front of the Techworks Campus in Waterloo.

It is the first ever John Deere Fall Fest.

It started Thursday morning with a tractor parade starting at Techworks and ending at the John Deere site on East Donald Street in Waterloo.

The festival is open to the public and it is only fitting this is in Waterloo.

"We wanted this fall festival in Waterloo only because this is where every tractor here came from. This is the original site it was built and we just want to carry on tradition here in Waterloo," said Mary Swehla, John Deere Operations.

John Deere Fall Fest goes throughout the weekend.
