Police: Waterloo brothers face charges after string of burglaries

WATERLOO (KWWL) -- Police say two brothers are facing charges after one of them was caught inside a local business early Thursday morning.

Police were called to Greco & Associates Financial Service at 1727 University Avenue at around 12:08 Thursday morning.

Once on scene, officers saw a broken window and found Justin Montez Dale, 18, inside.

Dale was arrested and charged with Burglary in the Third Degree.

After further investigation, officers determined that Dale was involved in several other burglaries. Dale is charged with Burglary in the Second Degree and Criminal Mischief for a burglary at Greco & Associates on September 7, 2010.  Police say he took several laptop computers and a .40 Glock gun.

Dale is also charged with Burglary in the Third Degree, Attempted Burglary and Criminal Mischief for two burglaries at Electronic Engineering, 750 Ansborough, on July 18, 2010 and August 1, 2010.

Jeremy Antonio Williams, 21, who police say is Dale's brother, was arrested after police found him in possession of the gun taken from Greco & Associates on September 7, 2010.  He is charged with Theft in the Third Degree.
