Sweet Banana-Almond Breakfast

All you need:

2 tbsp almond butter

1 Earthgrains Multi-Grain Sandwich Thin, halved, toasted

1 banana, sliced

1 tsp agave nectar

All you do:

Spread almond butter over each half of toasted sandwich thin.

Top with sliced banana and drizzle with agave nectar.

Strawberries and Cream Breakfast

All you need:

2 tbsp light plain cream cheese

1 Earthgrains Multi-Grain Sandwich Thin, halved, toasted

2 tbsp strawberry preserves

2 large strawberries, sliced

All you do:

Spread cream cheese evenly over each toasted sandwich thin half.

Spread strawberry preserves over cream cheese layer.

Top with sliced strawberry.

Protein-Packed Parfait

All you need:

1 tsp chia seed

Honey vanilla Greek yogurt

¼ cup fresh blueberries

2 tbsp granola

All you do:

Stir chia seeds into yogurt.

Top yogurt with blueberries and granola.

All you need:

½ cup Hy-Vee low-fat cottage cheese

2 tablespoons high protein granola

½ cup sliced bananas

½ cup assorted mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, halved strawberries)

Drizzle of honey (optional)

All you do:

1. Spoon cottage cheese into small bowl.

2. Top with granola, bananas and assorted berries.

3. Drizzle with honey, if desired.

Waffle Apple-Wich

Serves 1

All you need:

2 frozen whole-grain waffles, toasted, cooled

1 2% milk cheddar cheese slice

6 slices low-sodium ham

½ small apple, slices

2 teaspoons maple-flavored or pancake syrup

All you do:

1. Top 1 waffle with cheese, ham and apple slices.

2. Wrap sandwich in plastic wrap or foil. Pour syrup into sealable plastic container. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Substitutions:

• Prepare as directed. Place on microwaveable plate. Microwave sandwich on HIGH 30 to 45 seconds or until cheese melts.

• Substitute 1 small pear, sliced, for the apples.
