How your digital camera can improve your vacation

WATERLOO (KWWL) -- Most of us take pictures on vacations.  But check out these other unique ways that your digital camera can improve your vacation.

· Lost and Found: Snap a photo of a piece of paper that has your name, phone number and email address. In the event you leave your camera somewhere, whoever finds it knows how to contact you.

· Child Protection: Each morning, take a photo of any children traveling with you. This way you will have an up-to-date picture of them and what they are wearing that you can show to law enforcement in case you get separated.

· Instant Memory: After you park, take a photo of the sign indicating which section and row you are in. This will help you to remember exactly where you parked, and which car is yours (if you've got a rental).

· Proof of Luggage: Take a photo of your luggage before passing it on to security. Many bags look very similar, so in the event that your luggage is lost or misplaced, you can easily show an airline clerk exactly what you're looking for.
