Manchester man facing stalking charges


ARLINGTON (KWWL) -- A Manchester man is facing stalking charges after someone called the Fayette County Sheriff's Office to report a man looking in windows of a house.

Larry Luverne Thibadeau, 52, was seen running from a home on G Avenue, outside of Arlington, by a sheriff's deputy when he arrived on the scene.

He was found a short time later in the driver's seat of a vehicle near the home, attempting to leave the area.

Thibadeau is charged with Operating While Intoxicated, Stalking, Enhanced Public Intoxication, Violation of a No Contact Order, two counts of Driving While License Revoked, No Insurance, Harassment 3rd Degree, Trespassing, Open Container, and Operation with an Expired License.

He was also served with a warrant for Harassment.

Thibadeau is currently being held at the Fayette County Jail awaiting an initial appearance.
