IOWA CITY (KWWL) -- For the first time in memory, Iowa has sold every ticket to every home game prior to the start of the season.  The announcement was made Friday by Ticket Manager Pam Finke.

Over 59,000 season tickets will be mailed out and fans should have them in their hands by Aug. 23.  That's an increase of about 11,000 season tickets mailed out from last season.

Iowa's home schedule includes league rivals Penn State, Wisconsin, Michigan State and Ohio State. The non-conference home schedule opens with Eastern Illinois, followed by Iowa State and Ball State.

Iowa will conduct its first practice and will host the annual Media Day Friday. The season will open four weeks from Saturday (Sept. 4th) at 11 a.m. in Kinnick Stadium against Eastern Illinois.
