The Centers for Disease Control release a new report on obesity.
And the numbers are bleak.
It finds the number of states with an obesity prevalence of 30-percent or more tripled to nine states within two years -- between 2007 and 2009.
Not one state met national goals for 2010 to lower obesity prevalence to 15-percent.
These changes in America's waistline have taken place quickly since the year 2000 -- when there weren't any states with an obesity prevalence of more than a third.
