Mean 18, Hole 6: Lacoma Golf Course #15

Posted:

EAST DUBUQUE (KWWL) -- The blue course 15th hole at Lacoma Golf Course can be a real bear.  A double dogleg, tree lined, 517 yard monster stands between the golfer and the hole.

According to head pro Brett Johnson, the first shot has to carry 225 yards to have a clean second, while hitting it straight is a must to keep it out of the woods.

Once a golfer's navigated their way to the green, they're still not out of the woods.

"The hardest part about this hole, definitely is the green," Johnson said. "The green slopes away from you, from the fairway."

While scores may be high, the 15th at Lacoma is definitely worth a try.
