Waterloo native Mulder one stroke back at Open

WATERLOO (KWWL) -- Former amateur champion Brock Mulder shot an opening round 64 to sit just one stroke back at the Waterloo Open.  The Waterloo West graduate will be chasing Matt Miller and Jesse Spiers in Sunday's final round.

Spiers and Miller both shot -9 on a very firm course, however, the conditions didn't bother much of the field.  Going into Sunday's final, 11 golfers are within 2 strokes of the lead.
