CHARLES CITY (KWWL) -- A sentencing date has been set for a teen convicted of killing his cousin.

Fifteen-year-old Edgar Concepcion Jr. was found guilty in June of first-degree murder, first-degree sexual abuse, second degree-sexual abuse and child endangerment resulting in bodily injury in the death of his three-year old cousin Krystel Banes in July 2009.

His trial was moved from Floyd County to Hamilton County on a change of venue.
