WATERLOO (KWWL) -- An upcoming murder trial for a Coggon man accused of killing his girlfriend's two-year-old daughter is expected to take about four weeks.

Lee Muldoon is being charged with first-degree murder and child endangerment. He is accused of beating to death Skylar Inman in July 2008.

About 100 prospective jurors are expected to be called.

Muldoon's trial is set for August 9th.

Brianna Volesky, Skylar's mother, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter last January. She has not been sentenced.
