A survey conducted for Career Builder dot com finds nearly half of American workers are packing lunches more often to help save money and to eat healthier.
Over 40-percent of workers who smoke say their financial situation has forced them to consider quitting. In fact, one in five has kicked the habit.
Experts say it's possible some workers have gone in the other direction because of the economy -- saying added stress and heavier workloads are leading to unhealthy habits.
More than four-thousand people participated in the survey.
