With the completion of the state canvass, Secretary Mauro congratulated Iowa's local election officials for administering a smooth and successful Primary Election.

"I can't say enough to congratulate county auditors, their staff, and the thousands of precinct election officials. They are the individuals who work each and every cycle to ensure the voting process is accessible, safe, and secure," Secretary Mauro said. "As a former county auditor, I know how critical these positions are to running a successful election."
