Fighting Saints coach tours ice center progress

DUBUQUE (KWWL) -- An exciting partnership announced Tuesday for the Dubuque Fighting Saints USHL hockey team. Fans will have the opportunity to sit front row and experience an all inclusive ticket thanks to a partnership with Dubuque Bank and Trust. This morning coach Jim Montgomery and staff got to tour the progress of Mystique Ice Center. Officials say the ice will be laid by mid August. The new Fighting Saints Team will begin practice in September. And they're excited to renew a few rivalries.

"Well you know cedar rapids and waterloo are some of the best teams in the league and to add a three headed monster within an hour of each other. The games will be really physical and volatile," Head coach, Jim Montgomery said.

By the way, those new front row seats currently come with the purchase of season tickets only. The Saints management says it give local businesses the chance to entertain clients.
