Update: CF Police arrest man for Burglary

CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) - Police have charged a man accused of breaking in to a Cedar Falls home and threatening two people with a gun.

Police were called to 2328 Melrose Drive early Wednesday morning.
Thursday, the Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office arrested 21-year-old Phillip Raymond-Roscoe Clark of Waterloo.

Authorities say he is an acquaintance of one of the victims.

Clark  is charged with burglary in the first degree, a class B felony; going armed with intent, a class D felony; two counts of assault while participating in a felony, both class D felonies. He also had a warrant from the Waterloo Police Department for failure to appear, first offense OWI.

A class B felony is punishable to confinement for no more than twenty-five years.

A class D felony is punishable by confinement of no more than five years, and in addition shall be fined at least seven hundred fifty dollars, but not more than seven thousand five hundred dollars.

Clark is currently being held at the Black Hawk County Jail.
