Pay at the park in Dubuque

DUBUQUE (KWWL)-- Saturday was a great day to spend outside-- for humans and pets alike. Many people spent their afternoon at Dubuque's pet park on North Grandview Avenue and they were greeted with a new policy. Starting Saturday, there's a fee to use the park.

You can either pay $1 per day by putting money in a self-registration station, or buy an annual pass dog tag from the leisure services department.

The passes cost $25 for Dubuque residents and $35 for non-residents.

The city says all money goes to maintain the park.
