UPDATE: Suspicious death victim was not alone

IOWA CITY (KWWL) -- An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday in the suspicious death of a Johnson County woman.

The Johnson County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of suspicious activity at 18 Expo Drive in the Modern Manor Mobile Home Park just east of Iowa City Sunday night.

Investigators found the body of 34-year-old Sarah McKay inside the home. Eric Osborn lived with McKay and was inside the home when investigators arrived. The Sheriff's Office says Osborn and McKay had been in and out of a relationship for about two years.

A spokesperson for the family says McKay had a daughter and worked at Hawkeye Foods.

An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday morning at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.  It will be conducted by the State Medical Examiners Office as well as the Johnson County Medical Examiner's Office.

Investigators say additional decisions regarding the investigation and criminal charges will be made after the autopsy. The State Division of Criminal Investigations is processing the home as a crime scene.
