CEDAR RAPIDS (KWWL) -- A Cedar Rapids teen accused of beating a Cedar Rapids Police Officer in 2009 has pleaded guilty to all counts.

Jose Rockiett, 18, was accused of beating Officer Tim Davis unconscious on March 29, 2009 while Davis and other officers were responding to a robbery call.

Davis remains on administrative duties and shortened work days as he recovers from his injuries.

Rockiett is charged with two counts of First Degree Robbery, one count of Willful Injury Causing Serious Injury and one count of Interference with Official Acts with a Dangerous Weapon.

Rockiett was in court Thursday morning for a pre-trial hearing.  His trial was scheduled for March 9, 2010 in Des Moines County.
