Waterloo schools considering uniforms for students

WATERLOO (KWWL) -- School leaders are discussing the possibility of requiring uniforms at all Waterloo schools.  The School Improvement Advisory Committee is slated to consider the pros and cons at Tuesday night's meeting.

Currently, two schools in the district have a uniform policy.  Teachers report a noticeable improvement in classroom behavior and performance.  Parents say, it makes getting ready in the morning easier for kids.  They also believe it saves money on clothes.
