A new study finds there is something you can do to slow memory loss - even if you already have a mild case -- exercise!

Researchers found adults who were diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment could improve their memory by exercising at high intensity levels four days a week.

Adults without the condition lowered their risk for developing it by over thirty percent through exercise.

Experts say exercise increases blood flow to the brain, which improves the development and survival of brain cells.
