Television and life expectancy study

Spending lots of time in front of the television increases the chance you live a shorter life, according to Australian researchers.

The seven year study concluded that for each hour spent in front of the T-V, the risk of death from all causes went up 11%.

The risk for a heart-related death went up by 18%.  Watching T-V has an unhealthy influence on blood sugar and body fats.
