Keeping Your Resolution

WATERLOO (KWWL) -- This week, many people will make commitments to change something about their lives.  The most common, are to quit smoking and lose weight. 

The Iowa Department of Public Health is offering additional help through its "Quitline Iowa" program.  They're hoping the economy will spur more people to give up the habit in order to save hundreds of dollars a year.
