If you live in Dubuque, contact the police department's Community Oriented Policing Division at 563-589-7862.

There are currently 33 Neighborhood Associations in Waterloo. If you'd like to get involved, contact Perry Goodman with the city's Neighborhood Services department. You can reach Perry at 319-291-9145.

Cedar Rapids also has many organized Neighborhood Watch programs. You can find your local Watch group by contacting the Cedar Rapids police department's Crime Prevention Bureau at 319-286-5440.

Iowa City police are working to reinstate the Neighborhood Watch program in the city. Police are hoping to have their first Watch group formed by the end of December. If you want to get involved, contact the Crime Prevention office at 319-356-5273 or e-mail crime-prevention@iowa-city.org.
