Two people suing over Elvis auction

CHICAGO (AP) -- Two people are 'All Shook Up' enough about the auction of Elvis Presley's hair to sue.

The two say they're cousins of a longtime friend of Presley's whose hair and other items were auctioned off last weekend. They are suing their late cousin's caretaker and a Chicago auction house.

The items went for more than $300,000 during the auction at Leslie Hindman Auctioneers over the weekend.

John Tate and Norma Deeble allege they did not know that Nancy Pease Whitehead took Presley's hair, some clothing and other things that had belonged to Gary Pepper until they read last week about the planned auction.

Their lawyer says the money will be held in escrow until the lawsuit is resolved.
