Bomb scare at Omaha department store

OMAHA, NEBRASKA (KWWL)--An Omaha, Nebraska department store was evacuated after a bomb threat.

Police say someone called a TV station Thursday morning and said there was a bomb inside the Westroads Mall. The person said police had 90 minutes to find the bomb.

The Von Maur store in the mall was evacuated, but investigators did not find an explosive.

In December of 2007, Robert Hawkins entered that same Von Maur store armed with a rifle.

He fatally shot eight people and wounded several others before turning the gun on himself.
